- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Denied my legitimate claims, stated that I did not keep my house in a state of good repair. I cannot fix anything if to my knowledge it is not broken. Then when I fixed those issues out of pocket, Russ Pilgram denies me coverage. I paid my premiums, but could not get what I needed in the face of my issues. Thanks for nothing!! 25 years of serving east Texas did not stop you from not serving me. All the more reason I want to get out of this area.November 24, 2016by James Morrison
